His Excellency Seyi Makinde, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, presided over the commencement of the 32.2 km South-East Wing of the Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road in Ibadan on Friday, 22nd March 2024.

The Rashidi Ladoja Circular Road, spanning a total of 110 km, comprises four wings, each playing a vital role in enhancing transportation networks across the state.
