Hon Adeosun Haruna, representing ward A2 in Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area (Mushin), has distributed the federal government palliative to the community people.
According to the councillor, the federal government shared the palliative to the grassroot through councillors.

“President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in alignment with his commitment to delivering on electoral promises, took the initiative to dispatch five 50kg bags of rice to each councillor, tasking them with the responsible distribution of these provisions within their respective wards,” Haruna said.

He emphasized, “The deliberate choice to channel the distribution through local councillors was a strategic decision aimed at ensuring equitable access to the palliative measures at the grassroots level, devoid of any bias or favouritism.”
In carrying out the assignment, Hon Adeosun Haruna identified various stakeholders such as Community Development Association, Christian Association of Nigeria, Association of Imams & Alfas, Awolowo Market men and women, and other Community members.

The beneficiaries appreciated the gesture for sending through the councillors because they are the closest government to the masses.
